The Hanuman community has been super active this winter and is charging into spring with the Spartan race and the Couch to Catskills! This means rigorous training and preparation to have fun in the events and stay injury-free!
Recovery is a critical part of the fitness process if you are training for a specific goal, such as a Spartan race, or training for personal goals. Whether you have aches and pains, are managing an old injury, nursing a newer injury, or just want to ensure that your body is functioning at its prime, it’s crucial to get help from an experienced trainer or therapist from time to time.
Meet with physical therapist Joanna Nobbe for a full consultation and movement screen to initiate your recovery process as we head into spring. Limited spots available and consultations last up to 1 hour. Joanna will learn about your injury history, your current workload and your goals, then examine your body structure, your movement patterns, and test your strength. You will leave with tools and information to get you started on your next phase of health and fitness.

Joanna Nobbe, PT, DPT, MA is a physical therapist and certified Feldenkrais® practitioner. Joanna teaches Strength and Balance for Older Adults and Training with Pain at Hanuman Health Club. Joanna works privately with clients for injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, skilled balance training, and performance optimization using therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular training and hands on therapeutic techniques.
