A Four-Week Restorative Workshop with Patrick Hogan
Our hips & pelvis are at "the core” of all our movements and are where we are designed to both support our weight and find our balance. And yet, much of modern life leaves us with weakened hips lacking in the range of motion necessary to move freely and the strength to maintain balance. Hence some of the most common injuries as we age involve the hips- from osteoarthritis, to fractures, to the need for hip replacements.
Join Patrick through March to explore the function of our hips. By learning alignment, corrective exercise, and the practice of natural movement skills, we’ll work on developing range of motion, balance, and strength. All the while, we’ll see how our habits can keep our hips healthy for our whole lives.
