About this Workshop:
Join Seamus Keane for an intensive goal setting workshop, where you’ll spend an afternoon setting positive habits and building the mindset necessary to reach your health goals!
We’ll cover the following:
Consistency: Consistent action equals consistent results
Choices: Our circumstance arises from all those little things done well every day
Habits: It stands to reason that since you learned every habit you have, you can also learn new ones.
Purpose: The power of purpose, he who has a why to live for can bear almost any how
Accountability: Accountability breeds responsibility
Momentum: Objects in motion tend to stay in motion
There will be 10 minutes at the end for questions on what we covered and specific areas you are struggling with. You’ll come away with personalized guidance.
