Community Field Day in Inwood Hill Park!

Copy of Untitled (1).png

Hanuman Health Club is celebrating one year in our very own space at 501 W 207th! In honor of the occasion, we are partnering with Bread and Yoga to hold a Community Field Day in Inwood Hill Park.

Join us on October 5th for a morning of old school games, races and movement challenges — for adults AND kids. Adults, come be a like a kid again and jump into all the classics from elementary school: potato sack races, egg and spoon races, obstacle courses, family partner yoga and more! Demo your strength with our movement challenges, or learn how to use a kettlebell, swing a mace or stand upside down in mini 15-minute (highly digestible) workshops.

There will be prizes and raffles for all who participate, so don’t miss out!

We can’t emphasize this enough, this is open to all ages — kids and adults alike. We originally imagined this as a way for adults to venture back in time and be like a kid again.

RSVP below, or just show up and we’ll see you there! All are invited, bring your friends and come be in community with us! :)

Hanuman Health Club derives it's name from the Hindu God of Strength and power. His egoless devotion to become his best self and help others is a story that aligns itself to the gym's philosophy. Our balanced and mindful approach to fitness is designed to help you become stronger and more flexible. The goal being to move better, stronger and more! The holistic approach we take combines an emphasis on functional strength and movement training with relaxation methods designed to help you recover for your daily life.
