In this level 1 Kettlebell workshop you'll spend 2 hours going over the finer details of working with Kettlebells. 

Whether you are new to our classes, looking to be more comfortable in level 2 classes, a veteran member looking to brush up on the basics or someone completely new to Kettlebells, this is a great opportunity to practice with Eoghan in detail. We will cover the 3 core Kettlebell moves: the swing, the snatch and the clean.
